For the past 22 years, we’ve been working out how to make the best gelato on the planet… and we think we’re pretty close. Every single flavour that hits our cabinet is made using a unique recipe created by us. We are equally obsessed with quality as we are with the origin of our ingredients, so much so that we even have our own Jersey milk dairy farm…arguably the highest quality milk you can get! And we don’t just buy the best chocolate we can find – we actually make it ourselves!

After running our HQ from Rosebery for 7+ years, we’re delighted to be returning to the neighbourhood with a permanent store in Engine Yards. We’ll have our 40 flavour cabinet, gelato cakes and a new addition of Messina chocolate available at this store!
